Starting from the nice, polite helping lineman that went out of his way to make us feel good (even with our old 172...) and than the service at the counter was so charming and helpful, car rental has never been easier and they upgraded our compact priced car to a very nice and comfortable car, before we even realized it, our stuff was in the trunk of the front parked rental car (all by the staff!) everybody there was so friendly and gave us such a welcoming feeling, will definitely do my best to go back there!
